Stream Net Company Limited has been founded in 2017, as a Joint Venture between Elite Telecom Public (ETP), a leading FTTx Service provider in Yangon since 2010 and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), the market leader in ICT service provider in Vietnam.
- It has been granted the Network Facilities Service Individual NFS(I)Telecom License by Post & Telecommunication Department (PTD) since November 2017
